Quadria is committed to ensuring the privacy and security of personal data we may collect and process. The purpose of this notice is to provide you with information on our use of your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). When we use the terms “Quadria”, “we”, “us” or “our” in this privacy notice, we are referring to Quadria Capital Investment Management Pte. Ltd., Quadria Capital Advisors Private Limited and their affiliates.

- Through information provided by you in account opening/transaction forms, agreements entered with us, when using our products or services;
- When you speak or write to us in relation to our products or services;
- When you interact with our staff, for example, via telephone calls, telephone recordings, electronic mail or face-to-face meetings, online meetings, virtual meeting rooms or social media platforms;
- When you access our website operated by us;
- When you respond to our job postings;
- Information and data collected such as images, photographs, CCTV footage, voice or video recordings collected when you are within our premises or when you participate in events organised by Quadria.

We may process your personal data for a specific purpose, inclusive but not limited to:
- For us to provide, manage or administer the products or services provided to you, including processing transactions;
- For us to manage our business, including to enable third party service providers to provide services on our behalf;

Transfers Outside Singapore
If we transfer your personal data outside Singapore, we will take all reasonable steps to ensure that:
- the recipient agrees to protect personal data at a standard that is at least comparable to the PDPA in accordance with the PDPA; or
- any other transfer will otherwise be in accordance with the PDPA.

We keep your personal data for as long as it is required by us for our legitimate business purposes, to perform our contractual obligations and as is required by law or regulatory obligations.

We recognize that you may have rights with regard to our processing of your personal data. Your rights may include:
- The right to access the personal data about you that we process;
- The right to request the correction of personal data that you believe is incorrect, obsolete, or incomplete;
- The right to request the erasure of your personal data;
- If your personal data is processed based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time (please note that if you withdraw your consent, processing based on your consent that took place before your withdrawal will remain lawful);
- The right to object, in whole or in part, to the processing of your personal data; and
- The right to request that the personal data you provided us be returned to you or transferred to the person or entity of your choice in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format without hindrance from us.
We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access the personal data requested, or to exercise any of your other rights. This is to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to any person who does not have authority to receive it. We may also request further information in relation to your request to help us to locate the personal data processed in relation to you.

We may update this Privacy Notice periodically and you are advised to visit our website regularly to check for any updates. This Privacy Notice has an effective date as shown at the end of the document.
